2. Funded Account Rules
- •Instant Activation:You receive immediate access to your funded simulated account upon successful purchase and account verification. There are no challenge or verification phases to complete.
- •Maximum Drawdown: 6% Trailing (High Water Mark Equity):The maximum you can lose overall is a trailing drawdown that follows your account equity peak. The limit trails upward as new equity highs are achieved and never locks. Breaching the 6% trailing maximum drawdown results in immediate account termination.
- •Daily Drawdown: 3% (High Water Mark Equity):Fixed dollar limit equal to 3% of starting balance, measured from that day’s highest equity. Resets at 00:00 UTC. Floating losses count. Example ($100,000): daily limit $3,000. If equity peaks at $102,000 that day, equity must not fall below $99,000 before the reset.
- •No Minimum Trading Days:There is no minimum number of trading days required. You may trade at your own pace.
3. Unique Instant Funding Rules
The maximum you can lose overall is a trailing drawdown calculated from your account equity high water mark. The limit follows your highest equity peak, trails upward with new highs, and never locks. This rule applies at all times, including weekends (floating losses included). Example ($100,000): 6% = $6,000 trailing. Peak equity $110,000 → floor $104,000. The floor keeps trailing new highs and does not lock at $100,000 (that lock is 1-Step only).
Daily drawdown is a fixed dollar limit equal to 3% of starting balance. Each day it is measured from that day’s highest equity. It resets at 00:00 UTC. Floating losses count. Example ($100,000): the daily limit is $3,000. If equity peaks at $102,000 that day, equity must not fall below $99,000 before the reset.
- •Breach:Breaching either the daily or maximum drawdown limit results in immediate account termination with no refund and no grace period.
Your single best profit day cannot account for more than 20% of your Positive Days' Profit at the time you request a payout. This is not an immediate breach — you must continue trading until the condition is met.
- •Rule:No single trading day can contribute more than 20% of your total Positive Days' Profit at the time you request a payout.
- •Not a Breach:Exceeding 20% on a single day does not immediately fail your account — you must simply keep trading to grow your total Positive Days' Profit until the Best Day drops to ≤20%.
- •Calculation:Profits are measured from closed trades at the end of each trading day (00:00 UTC). Profitable days are factored into Positive Days' Profit. Losing days do not count.

6. Restricted Trading Practices
Traders must rely on genuine market analysis and independent skills. The following practices are strictly prohibited:
(1) System Exploitation and Unfair Advantages
- Comprehensive Arbitrage: Capitalizing on pricing discrepancies, latency issues, or delayed data feeds (including latency, triangular, statistical, spatial, and rollover arbitrage).
- High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Deploying ultra-fast algorithms designed to exploit minor technological inefficiencies rather than real market movements.
- Glitch Exploitation: Knowingly or unknowingly executing trades based on platform errors, frozen price feeds, or inaccurate quotes.
- Tick Scalping & Rollover Abuse: Rapid-fire trading to profit from single-tick fluctuations or EAs programmed to exploit low-liquidity spreads during rollover periods.
(2) Collusion and Third-Party Management
- Account Sharing and Reselling: Allowing any third party to access, trade, or manage your account. Selling or transferring a Qualified Performance account is banned.
- Account Management Services: Utilizing "Pass Your Challenge" services or hiring third-party entities to trade on your behalf.
- Coordinated Group Trading: Collaborating with other traders to execute identical setups or opening opposing positions across accounts.
- IP and Coordination Rules: Accounts sharing IPs, hardware IDs, or entering identical positions within a tight time window will be flagged for manual review.
- Mass-Distributed EAs and Copy Trading: Commercially available or third-party EAs that result in multiple accounts executing identical trades will be flagged as copy trading / coordinated trading.
(3) Unrealistic Market Behavior and Poor Risk Management
- News Trading: Allowed in every phase. You may open, close, or hold through high-impact news.
- News Bracketing and Gap Trading: Straddling news events or opening positions within 60 minutes of market close and holding through reopen is banned.
- One-Sided Bets and Gambling: Massive unanalyzed positions or intentionally blowing an account ("account rolling").
(4) Technical Platform Abuse
- Server Hyperactivity: Bots or EAs that exceed 2,000 server requests per 24 hours.
- Order Book Spamming: Fragmenting trades into micro-lots to circumvent margin limits or stress-test the platform.
7. Breach Consequences
If our risk team determines that any of the above Restricted Trading Practices (or any other rule) has been violated, Verodus reserves the right to take immediate action, including:
- Removal of conflicting trades and profits from your history
- Temporary restrictions or limitations on your trading platform
- Immediate termination of your Qualified Performance account
- Withholding or clawing back of profits, even after payout
- Permanent blacklist and reporting to relevant authorities
Instant Funding fees are non-refundable once trading activity has commenced. Serious violations may result in permanent blacklist.
