Responsible Trading Policy

Last Updated: March 28, 2026

All accounts provided by Verodus are demo accounts operating in a simulated trading environment. Any references to trading, profit, or revenue refer exclusively to simulated activity.

Traders must use their virtual accounts with integrity and apply prudent risk management as if trading their own capital.

Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for adhering to legitimate trading practices and avoiding toxic flows, news trading, unsustainable behaviors, or any manipulation of the evaluation process. Verodus traders must uphold high ethical standards at all times.

As a Verodus participant in the Qualified Performance Phase, you are responsible for:

  • Prudent Trading — Base decisions on sound analysis and market awareness. Intentional news trading is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
  • Risk Control — Avoid overtrading and excessive leverage. Use stop-losses, realistic profit targets, and intelligent position sizing.
  • Capital Preservation — Treat the simulated account as your own capital. Prioritize preservation, especially in uncertain market conditions.
  • Performance Review — Regularly analyze your trading history (wins and losses) to refine your strategy and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Rule Adherence — Comply fully with this policy and all Verodus rules. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

Best Practices

We strongly recommend the following for long-term success:

  • Establish a clear, written trading plan based on market understanding and geopolitical awareness.
  • Treat trading as a disciplined profession, not gambling. Avoid revenge trading and emotional decisions.
  • Focus on a limited number of assets you fully understand rather than spreading across too many instruments.
  • Maintain financial literacy by staying informed on economic news and global trends.
  • Take regular breaks to preserve mental clarity and avoid fatigue.
  • Risk Management Suggestion — Many successful traders limit their risk to no more than 1% of account equity on any single trade or idea. This is a voluntary suggestion to help promote capital preservation and sustainable performance.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to follow this Responsible Trading Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account
  • Imposition of a performance cap or other restrictions
  • Withholding of performance rewards

Policy Updates

Verodus reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.

By trading with Verodus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Responsible Trading Policy.
