Affiliate Agreement

By signing up at https://affiliate.verodus.com/signup, accessing the dashboard at affiliate.verodus.com, using any affiliate links or materials, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

1. Definitions

• Affiliate / You: The approved participant.
• Referral: Any person who purchases a Challenge, upgrade, re-challenge, or scaling plan through your unique link or code (tracked by 30-day cookie).
• Qualifying Revenue: The full undiscounted price of every such purchase by your Referrals.
• Tier Revenue: Your total Qualifying Revenue in a calendar month (resets the 1st of each month).

2. Enrollment

Approval is instant upon signup. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information. We may revoke approval at any time.

3. Commissions

You earn commissions on the full price of every Qualifying Revenue transaction (Challenge purchase, upgrade, re-challenge, or scaling plan), regardless of whether the trader passes or fails.

Monthly Tiers (reset each calendar month):

• Bronze ($0+): 10%
• Silver ($500+): 15% – unlocks $10k Challenge
• Gold ($1,500+): 20% – unlocks $25k Challenge
• Platinum ($4,000+): 25% – unlocks $50k Challenge

Ambassador Program: Top 5 creators per quarter may be invited to lifetime 30–35% commissions plus additional benefits (co-branded content, manager, early access).

Repeat commissions apply to any additional purchases within the 30-day cookie.

4. Payment

Commissions are paid monthly on or before the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout: $50 USD (amounts below roll over). Methods: PayPal, bank wire (SEPA/SWIFT), or USDT. You select your method in the dashboard. All payments in USD. Taxes are your responsibility. Once paid, commissions are final.

5. Refunds

If a Referral requests a refund within the 14-day Refund Policy, any unpaid commission on that transaction is reversed. Paid commissions are never clawed back.

6. Tracking

Tracking uses a 30-day cookie and your unique identifier. Real-time dashboard at affiliate.verodus.com shows referrals, earnings, and tier progress.

7. Your Obligations

You must:

• Comply with all laws, including clear affiliate disclosures in every promotion.
• Use only approved creatives or obtain prior written approval for custom materials.
• Not make false or misleading claims.

8. Prohibited Conduct

No spam, brand bidding, adult/gambling/illegal sites, cookie stuffing, incentivized traffic, or fraudulent activity. No sub-affiliates. Violation causes immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved logos and creatives solely to promote the Program. You may not modify them. All Verodus marks and materials remain our property.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination you receive commissions on Qualifying Revenue generated prior to termination (subject to the payout schedule). All licenses end immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

12. Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms with notice via the dashboard or email; continued participation constitutes acceptance. This document, together with the official affiliate page and dashboard, forms the entire agreement.
